I have always extolled the importance of entrepreneurship. For the most part, this unshakeable belief is anchored on my own experience as someone who built a business from the ground up, and to some extent, this is also due to my experience as a legislator for 21 years where I realized what it would take to win the war against poverty.

There is nothing good in surging inflation. When prices of basic items rise, it erodes the purchasing power of consumers. But I believe high prices are temporary—they will go down in the near future and restore the currency’s lost purchasing power.

A phenomenon amplified by the pandemic is the so-called great resignation. It refers to the extraordinary number of employees quitting their jobs starting 2021. While primarily driven by the pandemic, experts noted that its roots can be traced way before Covid-19 hit the globe and upended everything we know about life.
